Welcome to the Real Estate Regulatory Agency of Dubai’s new online community for developers, owners and residents of Owners Associations - “Mollak”.

Mollak is a Dubai Government registration system that enables property developers to register Owners Associations with RERA under the new Jointly Owned Property laws.

It is mandatory for all property developers in Dubai to use Mollak to register their Owners Associations.

Please note that Mollak training is now held at the Dubai Real Estate Institute in Healthcare City.
