Welcome to MOLLAK, meaning "Owners" in Arabic. MOLLAK is an innovative, electronic web-based service developed by RERA for the purpose of registering owners associations forming part of Jointly Owned Property. The new MOLLAK system reflects the provisions of Law No. (27) of 2007 concerning Jointly Owned Property Declarations (JOPD) in the Emirate of Dubai and its regulations.

With the launch of major developments and projects in the real estate sector of Dubai and in particular, residential communities with common property, during the past ten years, the MOLLAK electronic system has been designed as the first phase to meet registration and regulation requirements for owners associations and owners association management companies. The MOLLAK system elevates the registration and regulation processes associated with the real estate sector to the next level, and provides a full portfolio of electronic services aimed at preserving and protecting the rights of individual parties and organizations in the real estate sector.
