Click here to register for training Registration of Owners Associations is required under Law 27, regarding Ownership of Jointly Owned Property. This information session has been designed to assist property developers to understand their legal obligations, preparing for registration and the actual process of entering the data in to the Governments “Mollak Registry” system to officially register the Owners Associations. Why is registration important? By registering an Owners Association, a legal entity is created on behalf of the owners of a development or group of developments.
The creation of the legal entity allows the Owners Association to operate autonomously of the developer, including the ability open a bank account on behalf of the owners, rather than holding funds in the developer’s bank account. Click here to register for training
