Mollak, meaning “Owners” in Arabic, is a web-based registration system for Owners Associations. Used by Developers, Mollak covers the initial registration of the Association while our Mycom system provides the ongoing management – accounting, budgeting and invoicing of service charges, customer relationship management (CRM), activity and work flow management, assets and contracts, work orders, automatic bank interfaces, electronic payment gateways, document management, meeting management and much more. Mollak Registry Owners Association Registration The Mollak Registration system allows Developers to register Owners Associations in accordance with the requirements of Law No. [27] of 2007 regarding Ownership of Jointly Owned Property (also known as the ‘Strata Law’). The system links Developers online to the Dubai Land Department and RERA in a secure, easy-to-use interface. RERA has prepared a document outlining what a Developer needs to do to register Owners Associations under the new Strata Law. This document will be available online shortly. Mycom Strata Management System Owners Association Management The Mycom Management system is a comprehensive suite of management and financial tools for Developers and “General Managers” of Owners Associations.
