A: The "Active X Component" in question is the "Mollak Security Plugin". In order to install this plugin you must have administrator access to your computer. If you do not have administrator access please contact your system administrator and ask them to install the plugin for you.

Q: I have clicked "Login" but I dont know my DRN, User Name or Password. How do I obtain this information?

A: If you are a property developer you may only access the Mollak Registry system after you have attended the "Registering Owners Associations" training course.
